Le Cormoran campsite is ideal to find the rental which suits you best thanks to its wide range of mobile homes and other accommodation adapted to your needs and your budget. Among our various accommodation, we offer mobile homes, from 2 to 3 bedrooms, which can welcome from 4 to 6 people. For holidays in family or between friends in La Manche, nothing better than being close to nature but with all the comfort of an accommodation adapted to your needs.

Spend the most pleasant family stay in Normandy by choosing one of our mobile homes which can accommodate up to 4 people. These range from the Tithome, our small price rent, to the Nature mobile home in front of our goats park.

We have several mobile homes which can welcome up to 5 people. Mobile homes features 2 or 3 rooms according to your needs. Some mobile homes, like the Relax Family, include 2 rooms for 4 people with 1 baby. A baby cot is included in the rental.

2 types of mobile homes are proposed to large families or to small groups of friends. These rentals have 3 rooms. With our Elite mobile home or the 6-people cottage, you will be assured to have space for everyone and to spend your holidays with total peace of mind.

To insure you comfortable holidays in mobile home, all the rentals of our 5-star campsite include:

  • On the outside: a terrace, covered or not according to the chosen mobile home, a garden furniture, parasols and sun loungers.

  • A fully-equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, dishes, a microwave and a refrigerator.

  • A bathroom with shower, washbasin and separated toilet (except in the Tithome)

  • Blankets and pillows

  • Satellite television (except in the Tithome)

Options and further information about our rentals

  • Arrival day
    The days of arrival are free in low season. In high season it depends on the type of rental (on Friday or Saturday).
  • Arrival and departure time
    Arrival: from 4 pm – Departure: before 10 am
    To allow us to check the cleaning, you cannot access your mobile home before 3 pm. If you arrive earlier you can nevertheless take advantage of the other campsite facilities (heated indoor and outside swimming pool, activities and leisure, sports field, park with goats, etc.)
  • Lenght of stay
    It is possible to book from 2 nights minimum in low season (in April, May, June and September). In high season, a stay has to last at least 7 nights (in July and August).

  • Animals
    A single dog is admitted in the following rentals: Relaxe Family, Handi-Cottage and Tithome (see surcharge on our price sheets). Your dog must not be left alone in the mobile home. He must be on a leash and have his vaccination certificate up to date.

  • Deposit
    A security deposit will be asked at your arrival at the campsite and will be restored to you 8 days after your departure (after the checking of your mobile home with a deduction of the missing or damaged objects if needed). Moreover, if the accommodation is not restitute in a suitable state, 120 € will  be charged as a cleaning fee for rental 2 Bedrooms and 180€ for rental 3 Bedrooms.

  • Tourist tax
    The tourist tax is not including in the price of your mobile home.

Thanks to the rent of one of our mobile homes, you will have access to all the campsite facilities (indoor heated swimming pool with paddling pool, sauna, playgrounds, multi-sports ground) and activities (kayak, paddle, Zumba, kids club, concerts, entertainments… in high season) to spend unforgettable moments in family or between friends.

In the 5 star campsite “Le Cormoran”, take advantage of your stay in Lower-Normandie to relax and refresh yourself.

Sunbathe from the terrace of your rental, in the garden of your accommodation or around swimming pools in our aquatic space. Take advantage of your holiday resort to have fun thanks to the campsite activities: inflatable games, trampolines, kart with pedals for the children, water park, bicycle hire, sports fields and playroom for the whole family. The campsite being situated near the sea, you will also have the possibility to take a bath or to practice plentiful water sports.

While relaxing at the campsite, dive into our bubbles bath in our indoor swimming pool, perfect to unwind. You can also book the sauna for relaxing moments.
